Ranco (Ran Cohen) spent many years designing complex, software-driven medical systems by day and spinning tales by night. The world of Leviatopia began more than twenty-five years ago as a bedtime story he invented for his children, long before it became a book.

His stories are shaped by family life, humor, and imagination, often quietly exploring themes of friendship, kindness, and growing up. What started as a simple nighttime ritual gradually expanded into a universe of its own – one that now includes both books and corresponding interactive apps designed to bring the magic of the stories to life on the screen.

In addition to the Leviatopia series, he is the creator of Tommy Tootley’s Fart-astic Family, a playful series of books and apps that celebrates silly humor and everyday family chaos. He is a proud father of three, the devoted human of a dog named Luna, and continues to write stories meant to be shared out loud, one page at a time.
